2.2 When using the contact form or emailing us

Storage period: Until the inquiry is resolved; longer if a contract is formed.
2.3 When booking/registering for events
We process your name, address, email, phone, payment data if necessary, and special details such as allergies.
Legal basis: Contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or consent for special categories (Art. 9 GDPR).
Storage period: 7 years for tax reasons (§ 132 BAO).
2.4 Photos and videos at events
Photos/videos may be taken at events and published online. We inform attendees in advance (e.g., signs) and obtain consent where required.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Objection is possible at any time.

Data is shared only where necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., caterers, venues, photographers with data processing agreements) or legally required.
